ArqStudio & Design was established in Salt Lake City, Utah through the collaboration of architectural vision and construction expertise.

Monica Thorlakson, Architect, and Stephen Thorlakson, Contractor, formed the studio with a shared commitment to precision, structural integrity, and refined design.

Our work bridges concept and construction — ensuring each project is both visionary and buildable, expressive and enduring.
